I have been in the fitness industry for more then a decade. I used to start out in a commercial gym as a person who keeps the gym clean. After two years of doing so. I decided to get into personal training as I was really so passionate about helping people to get to their goals. And now I am most in demand personal trainer in Singapore.

I started my career in Group Fitness around 6 years ago — teaching boxing, spinning and functional training. Be it in group fitness or personal training, I find so much joy in helping my clients crush through their own limitations, reach goals and have fun while doing it. Fitness is more than a job for me, it’s a lifestyle.

I got interested in fitness from my late brother, when I was 15 years old he started prepping for his bodybuilding shows. Seeing him putting all the discipline and dedication for his health and body, that is where it motivate me to start on my own. Also to train my own friends and family inspire me to help others to reach their fitness goals.
